Project description
Our surveying team completed a measured building survey for Morley’s store located in Brixton, London. The store has begun refurbishment with works commenced on the ground floor and required as-built 2D drawings to carry forth the works. It became quickly apparent that the existing drawings were never of a measured building survey. We, therefore, have been asked to complete a measured building survey service to provide accurate data.
The store comprises of 4 floors: Basement, ground, first and second. All floors were required to be surveyed to produce the CAD drawings, annotating the positioning of AC units, cladding, ceiling, the external areas, staircases and more.
